My name is Anders Damsgaard. I’m a postdoctoral scholar at the Geophysical Fluid Dynamics Laboratory (GFDL) at Princeton University, New Jersey, USA. I completed my Ph.D. at the Department of Geoscience, Aarhus University, Denmark, with the title “Subglacial sediment deformation: Interactions between ice, water and sediment”. The goals of my research are to obtain a better understanding of cryosphere processes such as glacier hydrology, mechanics of subglacial sediment, and sea-ice dynamics. I typically do numerical modeling and laboratory experiments. Here's a link to my Google Scholar profile.
